TOTALLY HAUTE PR zadržava pravo da vrši stalne izmene ovih Opštih uslova, te vas savetujemo da ih redovno čitate.

Postupak kupovine

Kupovina proizvoda koji se prodaju putem sajta totallyhautebrand.com se može izvršiti od strane posetilaca sajta.

Poručivanjem proizvoda kupac prihvata ove Uslove kupovine.

Smatraće se da je potvrdom poručivanja od strane Prodavca zaključen ugovor između Prodavca i kupca.

Kupovina

Kupovina može biti izvršena od strane posetilaca sajta unosom traženih podataka: ime, prezime, naziv firme( za pravna lica i preduzetnike ), ulica i broj, opština, poštanski broj, grad, država, kontakt telefon, kontakt e-mail.

Troškovi dostave nisu uključeni u cenu proizvoda. Cena dostave se obračunava u skladu se cenovnikom dostave.

Načini plaćanja

Plaćanje porudžbine izvšene putem sajta totallyhautebrand.com je moguće izvšiti platinim karticama, uplatom na tekući račun i plaćanjem gotovinom prilikom preuzimanja robe.

Fiskalni račun će kupcu biti dostavljen uz robu prilikom prijema iste.

Dostava

Nakon slanja porudžbine od strane Kupca počinje status obrade porudžbine. Tokom obrade na mail adresu kupca biće poslato obaveštenje o potvrdi porudžbine.

U slučaju bilo kakvih nejasnoća ili problema vezanih za porudžbinu, Prodavac će kontaktirati kupca bez odlaganja. Prilikom kupovine poručilac je u obavezi da navede kontakt detalje primaoca, kako bi dostavljač mogao da ga kontaktira u slučaju da ga ne pronađe na adresi.

Cene

Sve cene koje su iskazane na sajtu totallyhautebrand.com su izražene u dinarima. Prodavac nije u sistemu PDV-a.

Za sve porudžbine uzimaju se važeće cene na sajtu u trenutku potvrde plaćanja.

Prodavac zadržava pravo da trenutne cene može promeniti u svakom trenutku.

Kupovina robe uz posebne cenovne pogodnosti i/ili uz posebne prodajne podsticaje obavlja u skladu sa Uslovima koji su objavljeni na sajtu.

Izjava o konverziji

Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).

Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu.

Intelektualna svojina

Sav sadržaj (tekstovi, slike i drugi materijali) koji se nalazi na totallyhautebrand.com sajtu predstavlja intelektualnu svojinu Prodavac ili trećih lica od kojih je Prodavac dobio saglasnost za njegovo korišćenje. Zabranjena je svaka upotreba sadržaja sajta totallyhautebrand.com u komercijalne ili u druge svrhe bez izričite saglasnosti Prodavca.

Politika reklamacija

Na osnovu člana 5. Stav.1 tačka 1. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (Službeni glasnik RS broj 62/14) potrošač fizičko lice koje na tržištu pribavlja robu ili usluge u svrhe koje nisu namenjene njegovoj poslovnoj ili drugoj komercijalnoj delatnosti.

Potrošač koji je definisan navedenim Zakonom ima pravo da odustane od ugovora zaključenog na daljinu, odnosno izvan poslovnih prostorija u roku od 14 dana, bez navođenja razloga i dodatnih troškova, osim troškova iz člana 34. i člana 35. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, i to davanjem izjave na obrascu za odustanak od ugovora zaključenog na daljinu, odnosno izvan poslovnih prostorija ili na drugi nedvosmisleni način.

Izjava o odustanku od ugovora na daljinu i ugovora koji se zaključuju izvan poslovnih prostorija smatra se blagovremenom ukoliko je poslata trgovcu u roku od 14 dana počev od trenutka kada roba dospe u državinu potrošača, odnosno trećeg lica koje jeodredio potrošač, a koje nije prevoznik.

Ovim putem prodavac obaveštava potrošača da je dužan da snosi troškove povraćaja robe u slučaju odustanka od ugovora na daljinu odnosno ugovora koji se zaključuje izvan poslovnih prostorija.

Povraćaj sredstava

U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, TOTALLY HAUTE PR je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Dina i Maestro metoda plaćanja.

Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine garantuje procesor platnih kartica Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd, pa se tako kompletan proces naplate obavlja na stranicama Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.

Purchase Procedure

The purchase of products sold through the website totallyhautebrand.com may be made by visitors of the website.

By ordering products, the customer accepts these Purchase Terms.

The agreement between the Seller and the customer shall be considered concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

Purchase

A purchase may be made by visitors of the website by entering the required information: first name, last name, company name (for legal entities and entrepreneurs), street and number, municipality, postal code, city, country, contact phone number, and contact e-mail.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The shipping cost is calculated in accordance with the delivery price list.

Payment Methods

Payment for orders placed through the website totallyhautebrand.com may be made by payment cards, bank transfer to the company account, or cash upon delivery.

The fiscal receipt will be delivered to the customer together with the goods upon receipt.

Delivery

After the customer submits the order, the order processing status begins. During processing, an order confirmation notification will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address.

In case of any uncertainties or issues related to the order, the Seller will contact the customer without delay. When making a purchase, the person placing the order is obliged to provide the recipient’s contact details so that the courier can contact them in case they cannot be found at the address.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website totallyhautebrand.com are expressed in Serbian dinars. The Seller is not in the VAT system.

For all orders, the applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of payment confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change current prices at any time.

The purchase of goods with special price benefits and/or special sales incentives is carried out in accordance with the Terms published on the website.

Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD).

For the informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Intellectual Property

All content, including texts, images, and other materials, available on the totallyhautebrand.com website represents the intellectual property of the Seller or third parties from whom the Seller has obtained consent for its use. Any use of the content of the totallyhautebrand.com website for commercial or other purposes without the explicit consent of the Seller is prohibited.

Complaints Policy

Pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62/14), a consumer is a natural person who acquires goods or services on the market for purposes that are not intended for their business or other commercial activity.

A consumer as defined by the above-mentioned Act has the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises within 14 days, without stating a reason and without additional costs, except for the costs referred to in Articles 34 and 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, by submitting a withdrawal statement using the withdrawal form for distance contracts or contracts concluded outside business premises, or in another unambiguous manner.

The statement of withdrawal from a distance contract and from a contract concluded outside business premises shall be considered timely if it is sent to the trader within 14 days from the moment the goods come into the possession of the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.

The Seller hereby informs the consumer that the consumer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods in case of withdrawal from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises.

Refunds

In case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, TOTALLY HAUTE PR is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Dina, and Maestro payment methods.
